Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, services browsed, likes, bookmarks, search queries, and booking interactions.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and user agent for security logging and analytics.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase/Firestore with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in Firestore. We implement rate limiting, input sanitization, and security logging to protect against unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data via the account deletion screen.

8. Local Storage & Caching

We store your session identifier and preferences on your device using standard app storage. Passwords are never saved on your device after login. Cached service listings help you browse offline briefly; this data stays on your device unless synced with our backend for app functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this screen with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
